Direct Coupling Analysis (DCA) is a statistical inference framework used to infer direct co-evolutionary couplings among residue pairs in multiple sequence alignments, which aims at disentangling direct from indirect correlations. 2dRNAdca can be used to predict RNA secondary structure from DCA result with high accuracy.
This server is used to validate our results
in the process of peer-review. So it is in beta version. Please don't
expose it to public websites.
